As discussed with @tskoretz, I want to create a billing sheet to be printed on the back of the pink sheet. I heard that you had already basically done this.
In essence, I want a barcode for the PIN and then bubbles for the various codes, automating as much as possible.
Step 1: It will make things easier in the office.
Step 2: To hopefully automate the data entry using scantron machines / scanners to do the coding.
What do you think? Do you have a template I could use?
