New and not so new members of our group often ask me for advice on how to best solve problems in the Emergency Department while on shift. These are often logistics or department procedure issues. The answers are often readily available, but sometimes I am not sure that my answer is the best answer. Could you website Geniuses come up with a Yahoo! Answers type of thing where we can post questions, and any of us can post our answer? We could vote on the best answer, and the database of best answers could be searchable.
