I’ve been through this process a couple of times now, so thought I would collect the steps and information in a forum post. I’ll update it periodically, so it should always be reasonably current. If you would like help applying for this, please let me know.
If you have a rogers cell phone plan, you should almost certainly switch.
Managing your account
You cannot manage your account with the regular consumer rogers gateway. Instead, you have to use their corporate interface. If there’s anything it can’t do, contact the Help desk or Peggy.
Prices
Main plan price: $19.05 / month with 6 GB of data; $49.75 / month with unlimited data. For more details, see the Rogers corporate plan details.
In terms of phone prices, they are on a 2 year contract, and if you break the contract, it’s a substantial penalty. Costs as of 2022 November 9:

Please note the ordering of new hardware starts the beginning of a new 2 year contract. Cancellation/early hardware upgrade fees before the end of the 2 year term could be as high as 65% of the retail value of your phone.

How to get a cost centre
- Contact LHSC Client Receivables to get a “Cost Centre Number”.
- Once you have this, fill out and sign the HMMS new client request form.pdf (91.1 KB)
- Send it to HMMS Systems.
